I am very upset about claro pr.Because i signed a 2 yr contract and i only get service 5 days a month if lucky.
and when I asked to ge out of the contract the aked for a penalty fee like the are keeping up for their agreement. i dont want dicounts on my bill i want what i pay for. i pay 48 bucks a month for 8mb but i get 6mb when i get service. i asked for an email for a supervisor but they claim not to have that information available.
i have been very patient and very polite about this matter but havent gotten anywhere. they said they have an alternate equipment for this kind of situations but dont have any available.
I have been to 3 different places to pick one up but dont have one.when I asked to have one sent to my house they claim that they dont deliver equipment.
