Hello,

Time sensitive.

I am dealing with a legal matter related to inheritance.

My attorney needs copies of all monthly bills from 2018, 20119, 2020, 2021 & Jan. & March of 2022.

Original request made on the 28th.

Was told I would receive the above requested by yesterday - to no avail.

Spent over 4 - 5 hours (via: (tele, Botchat, emails, surveys, transfers to wrong numbers & email addresses) trying to follow/up with this request & have only been given the runaround.

As a loyal customer, This is unfair & abusive.

I need help...please .

If you are unable to obtain this information, please email my daughter & I with a simple document stating that you cannot provide me with this information.

Simple...

I am a senior with severe anxiety & panic attacks, and mourning my husband's death, a few months ago.. Please, please assist...

I kindly ask for a reply.

Preferred solution: Monthly statements for an inheritance case stemming from 2018. This has been frustrating, and unacceptable to not receive a simple reply.

User's recommendation: Not at this moment, until my request has been granted. I am dissappointed in all the time I have innvested to receive a simple response. As an elderly person & recently having lost my husband, this have been an agonizing challenge, for me. Please assist.

Worst customer service I have ever experience in my life.

I have been back and forth with them since back in October of 2023 trying to cancel my account after me sending all paperwork and emails back in November and even having any cancellation number I receive an email saying that I owe $70 or 2 months of service that I never used back in December when I called spoke to Ms Wendy and even she took the time to look into the file and find out that it was a cancellation and something else in the system she elevated the case to customer service and they were supposed to call me back which they never did. I called back today Tuesday to verify the status because I was never called back I just find out that my account is on collection again and that I have to pay that money before they can even think about canceling the service. I tried many times to give her the cancellation number which she refused to take on top of that she hung up the phone on me but I still stuck with a bill that I don't owed

This company is one of the worst if not the worst cel phone providers. You will get different answers from the customer representatives and good luck getting to talk to a supervisor. They are horrible and I regret not listening to the people that warned me.

Problem with mobile recharge

On 1-15-24 I paid for a recharge for 505-****-**** in the amount of $22.29. It turns out the Claro cell tower is or has been out of commission and the person for whom I added funds has not been able to use the internet as needed.

I have tried to get mobile recharge to call me but have not been successful. Claro tower is not fully functional and I would like to switch to Tigo mobile tower. if you need further explanation or clarification please contact me at 713-539-****. Javier Tamayo.

Coincidentally the US customer service phone number you offer is not a working number.

Solution: either refund my money or transfer service to Tigo cell service. thank you

Por mas de un mes llevo tratando de conseguir un codigo de desbloque para un equipo que pague y deseo trasferir mi numero actual debido a que me mudo de PR a USA, he visitado la oficina de claro 3 veces y llamado servicio al cliente a RD,sobre 6 veces, me envian codigos que son incorrectos, no me satisfacen, los esfuerzos que hago, he conciderado tomar accion legal pero tampoco puedo comunicarme con las oficinas corporativas en Puerto Rico, sin suerte pues tampoco hay un numero telefonico para ello. Problem with their services

I have issues and problem with their service,called for fixing , they promise a tech and they do not show, I had the acc. For a year and had been seen a tech yet. Internet comes and goes, 24 hours without it,no phone ever since the service started, the phone does not work. The TV box delay to much to load, some time I get alot of errors,if not always ask for credentials, I get lock out of my acc. And to much excuses.

Bad credit report after repeated calls regarding cancellations and payment credit

Since having Claro install a modem the modem and billing have never been correct. Canceled service after three days because promised billing was not given. In addition, the equipment and service did not work correctly. After several calls to Claro and promises of no money owed I thought the matter was settled. I just received a credit report that they (Claro) say I owe almost three hundred dollars. This company should be embarrassed on how they conduct business. They have my phone number and I have not received one call from them.

Puerto Rico claro company has turned around and has become the worst company to deal with

Ineffective customer service you can complain or advise them of a problem it's noted and nothing happens. Your monthly bill goes up and what you thought you were paying for goes down The claro online website goes down as you are advising of your issue with the message try again later The 10 mg I'm supposed to get with my plan has gone down to under 4 mg source internet speed check
