Claro - No internet service or phone line
No internet or phone service for more than 3 months still waiting. The portable wireless internet box they give does not work even if you exchange the box for another one it still doesn’t work. Claro is a monopoly they should allow another company in there frenchise area for competition and maybe provide better service

Claro - Cancellation
I’ve been trying to cancel my services for two weeks now and when I call and let them know that I want to cancel all I get it’s please hold and then they hang up after a whole hour waiting. Also the chat did the same thing. They are the worst. Finally I got through and was told the I will be receiving two more bills and a final one before cancellation can go in affect. WHAT!! Never again.
