Claro - Cancellation
I’ve been trying to cancel my services for two weeks now and when I call and let them know that I want to cancel all I get it’s please hold and then they hang up after a whole hour waiting. Also the chat did the same thing. They are the worst. Finally I got through and was told the I will be receiving two more bills and a final one before cancellation can go in affect. WHAT!! Never again.

Been waiting for a refund for over 8months and every time i call they say the case has been escalated call back in two weeks and nothing happens ....siempre ke llamo para un reembolso del deposito de una cuenta dicen ke el caso se escalo y ke llame en 15 dias y vuelvo y llamo y dicen lo mismo ....pillos...rateros...no usen esta compañia!!

Claro - Worst company in PR!!!
They make you pay for a service you dont receive, and when u do, ITS POOR!! They state in their site that the LTE is from 5mbps to 12mbps, but I barely get 0.80mbps...And that Hspa+ is from 4 to 8mbps, *** NO! And they dont care either! I ended my contract, where in the contract does it say that I HAVE to pay for a bad service? Went to At&t and I ALWAYS get good service and great speeds. F Claro

Wish we could choose 0 or below. Been waiting over 3 hours standing, only 4 small benches. Have to show up in person from the mainland to cancel an account. Personnel sitting around doing nothing or chatting among themselves. Horrible!!!!!
