It has been more than two years and Claro PR has done nothing but act like they tried to contact me.
They have my email. They have my phone number.
Read their reviews and save your time, money and frustrations and avoid there service! I repeat, avoid this service.
Phone conversations and person to person conversations or things said were NOT done!
After three days is the initial installation and non working equipment and service, false promises, and no response or resolution over two years can frustrate a customer.
Stay away from Claro!

This is my experience after four months of struggling to get any cooperation from this joke of a company. Absolutely the worst company!
I have had Claro cellular service for four months, had to 'recharge' the balance three times.
The last time I paid, 15/09/2024 my phone stopped working so I came back in, waited an hour to speak to someone. That zombie minion was just incompetent and finally tells me its not possible because the sim cards must have been purchased on the street and not in an authorized store. Well, that is not true, I bought them in the Claro store myself. After almost 40 minutes more, they finally decided the supervisor needed to get involved.
What a joke, she is just the worst, no way would she work in a store outside of Claro! They just don't care, they are the biggest provider only because of the number of antennas and simply do not care about the customer. You should avoid this company completely, but if you somehow end up in a terrible contract, do everything to stay away form these to people in the photos.
Save yourself a lot of headaches and grief, use a different provider and flee, get as far away from Claro as you can. I hear only bad things about this company, they take your money and don't provide service, they lie constantly about what can be done, they do everything they can to avoid actually providing a solution!
I should have read mor reviews and spoke to more people before getting this agitated due to complete incompetence.
Today, Tigo has received my business, from a very nice man who seemed to understand the issues with Claro. He told me they are his best customer referral service!

The reception is very poor. My phone calls never go through.
And I went from t-mobile to claro was a big mistake. And when u take your phone to the store you purchased it at they wanna send u to another store that a hr away. Very poor service. I recommend you guys look into the service you provide.

Waiting two days for TV/Internet installation.
Difficult to communicate with Claro folks as very few speak English.
Very disappointed with this company.
Waited all day, today, 5/25/2024, for the installer and he was a no show.
No call from claro to advise me of status.
After being on hold almost two hours for an English speaking person, I gave up.
Called their headquarters and left a message.

No call today-I guess I need to upgrade because satellite tower near me is out.
Yeah Im not happy. Im thinking Claro told me I would have no problem getting service but they just fed me a line to get me in a contract.

Very poor service
For the 2 plus years I had their service it was poor, residential line rarely working, and technician repairs very poor and at times never came. Very poor to almost non-existing communication
