Since Claro Tech was never able to diagnose and resolve the signal problem in my bedroom (going on two (2) years now & hundreds of phone calls; I want the bedroom second box eliminated permanently. I have cancelled the arrival of the second router to be returned.

I will NOT buy or pay for this equipment or service. I am handicapped and have been pushed aside by Claro long enough. I AM BI-POLAR, NOT BI-STUPID OR BI-CRAZY!... All you want is money.

Your SERVICE is poor. Please send your Technician to DISCONNECT the second box immediately AND ELIMINATE THE WI-FI TOO! I haven't had a SINGLE COMPLETE WEEK of SATISFATORY Service during these last two years. ALSO CANCELL AND ELIMINATE BOTH THE SECOND CONNECTION AND THE WI-FI FROM MY BILL!

I WILL NOT PAY OR BUY ANY MORE EQUIPMENT!
I AM A GOOD GOD FEARING CUSTOMER. I WILL ONLY KEEP MY CELULAR 787-380-****, MY HOME PHONE 787-891-**** AND CABLE ONLY IN THE LIVING ROOM.
