SO I WANTED TO USE CARDS FROM MASMOVIL) WHICH I PURCHASED AND FOUND THEM THE OPPOSITE OF THE MAIN OFFICE OF CLARO IN PANAMA, THEY WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS , AND HELPFUL. SO MUCH SO THAT I ALSO PURCHASED A SIMPLE CELL FOR MY 6 YEAR OLD. WHEN I RETURNED AND WAITED 10 DAYS LATER, AFTER A LONG WAIT , THE CELL WAS UNLOCKED BY THE MANAGER AND I ASKED FOR A USER MANUAL I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT HE DID NOT HAVE ONE. I REPEATED MY REQUEST HE REPLIED RUDELY “WE DO NOT HAVE ONE”. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS HOW CLARO CAN EMPLOY AS A MANAGER IN A MAINSTREAM CITY LIKE DAVID WHO IS SO ABRUBT AND UNHELPFUL.
