Claro is charging for months without service
My grandma has Claro and has been without service since Hurricane Maria. We called several times, and again, the call was passed among the employees like a hot potato; nobody was able to give me a credit in the bill or inform me that I had allegedly 20 days to make a complaint.
After going to the location, I was told that I can't not longer claim for a credit since my grandma only had 20 days after receiving the bill to make the claim...but how would my grandma do the claim without phone service? Most places were closed and without phone service. On 2015 they charged me for 3 consecutive months, according to them for subscribing to the service "Ideas Claro". I never subscribed for this service.
After calling for several times and visiting the location personally, the employees were rude and ignorant regarding how to fix the situation. After submitting a complaint to the "Junta Reglamentadora de Telecomunicaciones" the charge magically disappeared.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
