Claro - Cancellation

I’ve been trying to cancel my services for two weeks now and when I call and let them know that I want to cancel all I get it’s please hold and then they hang up after a whole hour waiting. Also the chat did the same thing. They are the worst. Finally I got through and was told the I will be receiving two more bills and a final one before cancellation can go in affect. WHAT!! Never again.

Claro - Refund

Been waiting for a refund for over 8months and every time i call they say the case has been escalated call back in two weeks and nothing happens ....siempre ke llamo para un reembolso del deposito de una cuenta dicen ke el caso se escalo y ke llame en 15 dias y vuelvo y llamo y dicen lo mismo ....pillos...rateros...no usen esta compañia!!

Claro fraud.

It's been 6 months I don't have service on a tablet.they have me make payments on a promise that it will work.lies and there customer service are abusive.they get mad and won't listen.

Claro - Worst Customers Service

Wish we could choose 0 or below. Been waiting over 3 hours standing, only 4 small benches. Have to show up in person from the mainland to cancel an account. Personnel sitting around doing nothing or chatting among themselves. Horrible!!!!!

Claro - No customer service commitment

Been at customer service office at plaza Rio Hondo Bayamon PR. You see employees up and down not attending anyone. It looks lije today there is no supervisor. Been here for three hours. I have no service phone nor internet but get the bills. Called about it but still waiting . I need to fix it or just drop the service. Customer for 30 yrs. It is a shame.

I was already tired and wanted to cancel everything, all service, they could refund me the prepaid $20 but nothing on the cell phone. Then the manager said I could not get neither refund and there wasn't anything he could do. WOW!!! What a way to keep clients in the house, eh? DO NOT USE CLARO...
