This company should be out of business. I never in my life had an experience company like this. If the customer representiave can't help you they give you the run around to different people on the company or they put you on hold so they won't talk to you.

Terrible service, the Internet hasn't been working for a week and these Mofos keep you on the phone trying desperately not to send a technician when clearly the properly is physical... Never again OBSCURO!!! Read more

JUST BOUGHT A UNLOCKED CELL AND THE MANAGER OF THE MAIN BRANCH PROVED TO BE THE MOST ARROGANT AND INCONSIDERATE MAN I HAVE MET THIS YEAR. AFTER INSULTING MY PANAMA WIFE HE CONTINUED WITH A MONOLOG THAT I COULD ABSTAIN FROM. I have a long time Claro account. In addition to my main number I have others that I never use but am paying for. I have been trying to cancel these for the past 2 months. First I went to the Claro shop. They advised they cannot cancel there and had to be done by phone. ( about as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike ) Then I tried to cancel by telephone. When CLARO started a 4G service in Panama that was misleading already: 4G only in densely populated areas. I had to do with 3G and speed could reach ~3 Mbps. But already after a year there were many more clients than the net could handle and speed went down to a trickle of 30...120 Kbps. Nowadays it's worse and speed can be as low as 9 Kbps. Even a low speed connection with Internet radio gets interrupted frequently so radio or video no longer... Read more

So after an hour and 21 minutes of calling 5 times and speaking to 11 different representatives I still haven't resolved my problem which had i been given someone who had a somewhat thorough understanding of the english language it would have been solved much sooner. I have an elderly parent with a mobile account with Claro de Puerto Rico. My mom became ill and we decided to take care of her and her bills. Since she had no need for her simple cell service (being charged $60 a month for basic service and an average of 16 minutes of usage) we called with her to cancel service. Worst company made me wait an hour for a new phone they gave me a month before samsung 6 and they told me wait an hour and come back. I returned and they said they were sorry the technitian left for the day. Return tomorrow i come back and the technition was off now what do i do another sorry. Rio Hondo mall Pr.
